Determine irreversible power loss within dam and head loss

The hoover dam has a capacity to produce 2,080 MW of electrical power. The difference in height between the surface of Lake Mead (the upper reservoir) and the Colorado River at the exit is about 180 m. The dam is designed to allow 2067 m^3/s of water to pass through the turbines. If the efficiency of the turbine-generator system is 70 %, determine the irreversible power loss within the dam and the head loss. Assume the changes in kinetic energy to be negligible and the water to have a constant density of 1000 kg/m^3.
