A random sample of 30 Smoky Bear moving vans shows that the average weight (X bar) is 12,150 lb. with a sample standard deviation (S) of 800 lb.

a. State the null and alternate hypotheses for a statistical test to determine if there is evidence that the average weight of a Smoky Bear moving van is more than 12,000 lb.
