After reflecting on concepts and arguments presented in this week's readings and video, prepare a memo to a supervisor critically analyzing the relationship between policy formation and implementation on a specific issue. Address the following in your paper:
• Select an issue (economic, political, or social), such as the minimum wage, immigration, environment, or so forth. Then, develop considerations based on "Questions Associated with the Policy Process" listed in the graphic in the primary text (Box, 2015, p. 150).
• Next, determine if there are organizational structure considerations that enable or constrain the possible implementation of policy for your selected issue. Explain and support your thoughts with examples where appropriate.
• Justify which public administration model (Madison, Hamilton, or Jefferson) seems most appropriate for developing the policy.
Support your paper with at least 4 scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
Length: 5 pages, not including title and reference pages
Your response should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
