A crate of 8.5 kg is pulled 5.1 m up a 30 degree incline by the rope angled 17 degrees above the incline. The tension in the rope is around 140 N and the coefficient of kinetic friction on crate's incline is 0.27.

i) Determine how much work is done by (a) tension, (b) gravity (c) the normal force?

ii ) Find the rise in thermal energy of the crate and incline?
