Determine how much of primary kinetic energy is rotational

A hollow sphere of radius 0.190 m having rotational inertia I = 0.0176 kg•m2 regarding a line via its center of mass, rolls with no slipping up a surface inclined at 30.3° to the horizontal. At a certain primary position, the sphere's net kinetic energy is 8.00 J. (i) Determine how much of the primary kinetic energy is rotational? (ii) Determine the speed of the center of mass of the sphere at the initial position? If the sphere has moved 0.840 m up the incline from the initial position, what are (iii) its net kinetic energy and (d) the speed of the center of mass?
