Determine heat rejection rate to the surrounding

An air conditioner can produce a 120 kJ/min cooling effect while rejecting 2.5kW of heat. What is its COP and the electricity it consumes? An inventor claims to have designed a system which can produce the same cooling rate but consumes only 0.05kW electricity to maintain a house temperature of 18degreeC when the outdoor temperature is 30degreeC. Is it an innovative design or a false design? R-134a enters the condenser of a refrigerator at 800kPa and 50degreeC at a rate of 0.018kg/s and leaves at 800kPa as a saturated liquid. It is known that the compressor consumes 1.2kW of electricity at this operating condition. Determine 1) heat rejection rate to the surrounding; 2) cooling rate; and 3) the COP of the refrigerator.
