Determine exergy difference between initial and final states

An insulated piston-cylinder arrangement contains 2 L of saturated liquid H2O at a pressure of 150 kPa. An embedded 1.5 kW resistance element is energized and allowed to operate for 25 min. The pressure remains constant during the process. The surroundings are at 25 degree Celsius and 100 kPa. Determine the Exergy difference between initial and final states, minimum work that would be required to accomplish this state change, and if a destruction of exergy occurs, determine the amount of such.
