A rigid, well insulated container consists of a two-phase mixture that has .004ft^3 of saturated liquid water and 1.45ft^3 of saturated water vapor, initially at 15.3 lbf/in^2. A wheel mixes the mixture until only saturated vapor remains in the container. Determine the energy transfer through the work of the water in Btu's. (KE and PE are negligible) Explain how to do this problem would be truely appreciated.
