Determine configuration of heat exchanger to fulfill needs

You are asked to design a feedwater heater to supply a boiler. The inlet water is at a temperature of T,ci=70 F, flows at a rate of 20,000 lbm/hr. and is to be heated to T,cc=150 F. The feedwater is to be heated in a horizontal shell-and-tube heat exchanger by condensing saturated steam at 20 lbf/in^2 which maintains a constant wall temperature on the outside tubes of 219 F. Because of space limitations, the tubes should not exceed 6 ft. in length. Determine the configuration of a heat exchanger to accomplish these needs. Use a water velocity of 1 ft./sec and in your calculations show at least two design solutions. The design should include the following: -Number of shell passes -Number of tube passes -Number of tubes per pass (Dimensions of the tubes and type of tubes used) hc and hh and U Log mean temperature difference Pumping power.
