Water flows in a long, electrically heated tube with q" = constant (constant heat flux). the velocity and temperature profiles are fully developed. The tube has ans inside diameter 30mm and a bulk T of 20 C and a wall T of 30C. Determine the coefficient of heat transfer if a) the mass fow is 0.04 kg/s, b) if the mass flow is 0.4 kg/s.
