Many organizations have used an outsourcing strategy as a way of saving on labor costs, mitigating litigation concerns, and screening employees before hiring permanently. Companies have looked to specialized staffing agencies and to outsourcing labor and manufacturing to other countries to enable them to save on labor costs. In this weeks discussion:Illustrate an organization's outsourcing options. Determine appropriate human resources functions that can be outsourced, and why. Create a guideline that a human resources department could utilize to determine if/when a function should be outsourced. Include relevant research and your experiences.
