For this signature assignment, consider an organization (it could be work, volunteer, favorite sports team or restaurant) with which you are familiar and that may have a potential crisis that could threaten the future of the organization.
Address the following:
• Determine and explain if the existing factors that may cause the crisis are external or internal to the organization.
• Develop a crisis management plan addressing the five phases of a typical business crisis as identified by researchers. The phases are: signal identification, preparation/prevention, damage control, recovery and learning.
Describe the challenges you believe organizational leaders will have with implementing the crisis management plan.
Support your paper with a minimum of five (5) scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
