Presentation about a "Boho picnic"
Abbotsford Convent and the Melbourne Museum have provided you with the following criteria:
A. Create the wow factor for an event that will showcase the site.
B. You are required to determine an event concept and theme.
C. This event should incorporate at least one aspect of the venue experience within the event.
D. Held on a single day and located at Abbotsford Convent or the Melbourne Museum
E. The aim of the Mini Expo is to provide an opportunity for your design ideas to be judged and evaluated as a realistic concept that could be used in 2020 to showcase the venue and encourage additional visitation. You are required to imagine that the attendees to the Mini Expo are from the Event site Executive and are looking to select the best event concept.

Criteria for the Mini Expo:
You are required to present at one (1) Mini Expo and attend the others in weeks 11 and 12. You will also be required to complete evaluation sheets for all the other presentations to provide peer view
Criteria for the Report:
The purpose of the report is to provide a written description of your design concept which would be reviewed by the Event site Executive.
The report is required to cover all the criteria mentioned below:
1. Background
- Event site context
- Linkage to the event site
2. Event name, date, duration,
3. Audience - Target Market
4. Theming concept
5. Social Media to use
6. Site Layout and justification discussion
7. Program of activities, entertainment, including one aspect of the event site.
8. Addition items to be hired from a supplier
9. Catering - Food and Beverage to be provided to your attendees
10. Green Event Sustainability implemented at the Event site
