Depth of water at the boat dock differs with tides. The depth is 5 feet at low tide and 13 feet at high tide. On certain day, low tide happens at 3 am and high tide at 9 am. If we y denote depth of water x hours after midnight, determine a sine function of form y=Asin(Bx+C)+D , where A > 0, B > 0, and 0 ≤ c < 2Π, to model water's depth (in feet) as function of t (in hours).
