Designing instruction is not often a solo

Designing instruction is not often a solo activity. It requires that the ID either assimilate a team or work with an existing team to design and develop the instructional solutions. Having a communication and collaboration plan is important. Based on the readings this week, particularly, “Building and sustaining effective collaborations” discuss your communication and collaboration plan: guiding philosophy based on communication theory, the level or intensity of the working relationships, the strategies that you plan on using to build and work with an ID team, particularly where there are stakeholders from diverse cultures.
