Assignment task: You all are Business Students. In a team you can think yourself as Entrepreneurs or Consultants who are interested in designing a Pizza Shop Business.
While your report will include briefly the whole plan like - the name of the brand/shop, location, Mission, Vision, Values and business objectives. What kind of business model is this? Whether a walk-in restaurant, take away or hybrid. You will also do the SWOT analysis of your brand/Shop/Business.
However your main focus should be (JOB DESIGNS) on the team and people required - How many people, with what technical skill and qualification requirement etc, what type of personalities required for different jobs, what will be various departments, levels, responsibilities with each type of positions.
More details about this project is given in the attached slides for this assignment, which will remain the major focus. The report/plan should look like a complete plan. You don't need to provide details on Financial - investments, loan, lenders or from where the money will be arranged.
You can take some knowledge on this business from any Pizza shop/Manager/Worker as part of your research to make this project attractive.
