Problem
In the city, there are 5 districts: North, South, East, West, and Central. The number of students in each of the 5 districts are 370, 310, 320, 220, and 280 respectively, shown in "District Student Count" Table.
Also in the city, there are 4 schools: A, B, C, and D. The capacity of each school is 500, 400, 450, and 400 respectively, shown in the "School Capacity Table".
The time it takes to go from each district to each school is showin the table "Bus Travel Time". For example, it takes 12 minutes going from district "North" to school "A".
Design the number of students in each district assigned to each of the schools in the blue area to minimize the total student travel time, while making sure all students attend school.
