Section I: Guidelines for the project

Note1: Write in respect to the following topics so that at least 10 pages

1-As you are a HR manager in any industry, any organization public or private...you are asked to design a Human Resources policies and practices that comply with the labor Law and employment legislation and regulations in a way that you could achieve fairness for both sides: employees and employers. As a result of your plan design, many conflicts could be reduced or avoided.

Section 1: students should explain and apply only onespecific articles of UAE Labor Law in a professional context.

Section 2: students should identify and describe the context in which unions and employers meet to negotiate, bargain, and resolve disputes.

Secion 3: choose a case study, an industry, any company...public or private, in which a specific Human Resources policies and practices attempts with some difficulties to reach an alignment with UAELabor Law and employment legislation and regulations.
Section4: developed the difficulties encountered to balance between HR practices and labor legislation. Suggest your own design as a HR manager to succeed at the same time inserting good practices and complying with regulations. Explain how your design reduces conflicts (6 pages at least).

Note2: You have to respect the working guidelines given below and the submission date. All students should work effectively as a team member both in project and the presentation. (A hard copy of both presentation and the project should be given to the teacher)
- The students' details should be filled in the cover letter provided (names and ID). Please use the same cover page as above. Maximum three studentsfor each project.

For the presentation day, each student should present his own part in manner teacher can appraise both, the overall team effort and the individual efforts.

Section II: Working Guidelines for Project

A: Project Structure:
It is recommended that your project report have the following structure in the order provided here.

1. Title page

- Choose as second page of your project a Titledealing with the observed HR practices that comply with the labor and employment legislation or regulations.This title should add value to your project. Mention the name of the industry that you used as a case study for your project.

2. Abstract / Executive Summary
The Abstract consists of the project title and about half a page concise summary containing the scope and results of your study.

3. Table of Contents
Table of contents should contain titles and subsequent page numbers for each section and subsection of the report.

4. Report Body
This is the central and main part of the project which contains the actual work done during the project. The main requirement is that you need to structure the report so that it is clear and structured in a way that makes sense. Each student should develop a specific topic assigned to him by the team.

Grammar and spellings count for valuing grades.

5. Conclusions

The project's conclusions should list the practices that you observed frequently used in HRM as targeting the respect of labor relations regulations.

6. References

In one page, insert all references used into your project structure such as: books, scientific papers, text book, a magazine or a website. In the entitled bibliography section, your references should be in a numbered list, ordered alphabetically by the last name of the first author than year than the entire title, than pages.
