Discuss how to design and test a disaster recovery plan that includes data safety, storage, and recovery that would have continued the delivery of informatics services during a terror attack. Include the role of an informatics leader and change agent from an ethical-legal point of view and evaluate how you would act during a time of scarce resources that vulnerable populations rely on during a health crisis.
Question 2. Research communication and information technology change models that can support security policies, procedures, and recovery plans for data and service delivery.
