Question: Design and Build (D&B) project form of contract has gained increased recognition, particularly in the construction industry, in the last decade (Lam, Chan and Chan, 2008).
There are some degree of risks defined with this form of contract and through the general conditions that enhance achieving of the project's set up requirements of materials and workmanship.
