Introduction...get viewer interested in purpose. Pitch an interesting hypothesis. Limit text because you do not want to overwhelm the reader. Can add picture to get viewer excited.
Aim in past tense To perform flexibility test to primarily assess participants for a six weeks exercise program to be retested and check flexibility after exercise program.
Methods/ Materials in past tense. Briefly describe equipment and method. Explain how you reached conclusion of research. If using human subjects did they consent to participate. Any ethical considerations.
