Assignment:
Develop a 8 page proposal for an action research project you will conduct with a reallife/hypothesized organization of your choice (your client). In your proposal, identify one critical issue that is of the concern of your client. Describe the significance of the identified issue; and design an action research project you and your client will engage in co-addressing the issue.
Be specific about the research methods and processes to be followed (i.e., what sample you will recruit and how you will collect data). You are encouraged to cite literature to support your methodological choices, but citations are not required.
