Design a wiring plan for a 1500 ft/2 data center that consists of 24 cabinets (44u each) for network servers plus a row of mixed cabinets and racks for network equipment, patch panels, etc. The room is already equipped with sufficient HVAC equipment but the server cabinets have not been properly spaced nor has any under floor or overhead duct work been put in place. Your job is to properly place the cabinets so as to allow for proper air flow, indicate how you would duct the HVAC to the cabinets, and how you would wire up the cabinets to the network equipment racks. You can move the server cabinets but you cannot reduce the number of cabinets. You also must provide enough network connections to each server cabinet to accommodate 24 network servers per rack. There must be at least 4 10GB connections per server cabinet with the rest supporting 1GB transfer rates.

Additionally, you must provide a detailed layout of a server cabinet, a network cabinet and a network rack with patch panels. You must give a detailed list of the number of network pulls, the type of cable, as well as the number of patch panels and what cabinets or racks they go to. This can be included on a separate page.
