1. Design a Swimlane of the Order fulfillment or most important process of your business.
a) Identify the most common problems that could happen in that process. Create a tally sheet and organize the problems in a Pareto chart.
b) Select the most important problem and build a Fishbone diagram point out the three most important causes of that problem/effect (have at least 15 possible causes in your fishbone).
