Problem: Performance Evaluation Design
Design a performance evaluation that you would recommend to your organization. The performance evaluation should include the factors evaluated, a rating scale, comments section, and a process for departments to follow. Be sure to include a recommendation for continued learning section in the evaluation.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
