Design a full wave (Bridge) rectifier as a dc power supply that provides a peak dc output voltage of 15V on which maxiumum of 5% ripple is allowed. The rectifier feeds a load of 200Ω. The rectifier is fed from the line voltage (120V rms, 60 Hz) through a transformer. The diodes have 0.7 V
A) Draw the full wave (bridge) rectifier circuit to design. Include the line voltage and the transformer.
B) Determine N1:N2 turn ratio.
C) Find the required value of the filter capacitor.
D) Find the maximum reverse voltage that will appear across the diode.
