Rates of childhood obesity have tripled in the last 2 decades (Weir, 2012). The growing body of literature reflecting this concern regarding childhood obesity. We know that eating is not motivated by Phsiclal hunger alone. For example, have you ever eaten when you were already full? For this here you will explore some of the factors that contribute to overeating.

Suppose that you are a psychologist who studies motivate children to make healthier food choices. Design a flyer that tells information form psychological theories or literature to encourage middle school to eat healthier.
