Assignment: Flowcharts for Processes
Select a process you perform daily, but would like to spend less time doing, such as driving to work.
o Design a flowchart and provide written analysis by using any appropriate tool.
o Comment on the factors that affect the process design.
o Identify at least one metric to measure the process.
o Describe which forecasting methods would be applicable.
o Discuss how one could manage this process by using PERT/CPM techniques.
o Submit your flowchart for the process and the data collected at the end of the week by collecting data for the identified metric every day of the workweek.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
o Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
