- Intended participants
- Viability of your leadership development program
- 4-5 core strategies of your leadership development program
- 4-5 top level objectives or desired results of successful participants/students that reflect effective leadership practices or outcomes that your program will deliver
- It is appropriate to include spiritual objectives such as spiritual maturity along with behavior, skills, and other competencies.
