Intervention: TEAM GOAL SETTING
Intervention Papers (min 3 pages ) - Each student will an Individual Intervention Paper reflecting on the specific OD.
Intervention experienced during the week. The paper should include:
(1) Type of Intervention - State & define the specific intervention attempted
(2) Intervention Process - Description of the actual intervention experience, as it occurred in your team during the week
(3) Recommendations - Discuss what could have been done differently to improve the intervention by the group leader or group members
(4) Learning Outcome - Discuss what you personally learned from this intervention experience. Provide examples.
