Describing and critiquing your own behavior in group

Problem: Create a response to the following message board post about homework:

1. Provide a brief statement describing and critiquing your own behavior in group. I felt proud of myself for being vulnerable. I thought I would have a hard time talking about my past experiences with how people have perceived me in the past, but I'm glad I was able to get that out. When it came to listening to everyone else, I felt engaged in the session, but I still found myself thinking of things to say but not saying them. Need Assignment Help?

2. Describe at least one concern that you have about the way you interacted in group following the group session. Identify the group member behavior that your interaction is an example of using the required reading. I find myself analyzing a lot throughout the session. While I never brought these thoughts out loud, I was absolutely doing this in my mind. I find this to be a defense mechanism for myself because if I can get a read on someone and how their thought process works, I feel safer. If I know how someone works, I can guess how they would respond to certain aspects of myself and I know how much of me they can handle. I know this is negative and builds walls, but I'm afraid for myself. Unfortunately, the political climate has caused these defenses to go up more.

3. Provide an example from the group session of at least one positive contribution that you made to the group session just completed. Identify the group member behavior that your contribution is an example
