Stakeholders can be supportive of a project. They can also be disruptive to a project due to various reasons such as politics, turf control,personal agenda, etc. Assuming that you are the business analyst of the project, describe your approach of getting the potentially disruptivestakeholders on your side to become supportive of the project.
