11. Describes the importance of identifying and mitigating risk in projects.
12. Relates and gives examples of data driven decision making.
13. Recommends whether a PMO is needed.
14. Discusses the role of collecting and publicizing lessons learned.
15. Summarize your recommendations.
The report
a. Should be 3500 to 4500 words in length, double-spaced (not including title and references pages) and formatted according to APA style
b. Should include a separate title page with the following:
