Discussion 2 - Applying Prevention Programs
In addition to treatment and intervention, preventive measures are also, as Burger (2014) explained, essential methods for working with clients and addressing social problems. Identify and describe a primary, secondary, or tertiary prevention program that addresses a specific contemporary social problem. Be sure to identify the relevant population or populations.
