- Is the organisation a public, private, not-for-profit agencies, and/or a faith based group.
- In your own words explain the organisations mission.
- What projects do they focus on?
- Where do they work (i.e. locally and globally).
Contribution to the Common Good
- How does the organisation contribute to the common good (e.g. advocacy, emergency relief, education etc.)?
- Text font should be between 12 to 14 Font

- What skill sets from your profession could contribute the organisations projects?
- What ways can you as a professional contribute to the efforts of the organisation?
