Write 1 to 2 single-spaced page research paper summarizing one scholarly article that describes a study that used human subjects in the research and represents at least one key aspect of the results that you will be able to apply to your professional life. Choose a study that interests you based on unfamiliar career goals. The article MUST have been published in a peer-reviewed journal such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, or the Journal of Management. If this type of journal is unfamiliar, a quick Google search will help you identify and distinguish these sources.
