Term Paper Assignment
You will also be required to write a research paper. Your paper will consist of the following sections:
1) Introduction: Describe your topic and why you chose this particular topic
2) Body: Summarize the results of current research on your topic. Current means published within the last 5 years. Identify which topic of psychology you are addressing.
3) Conclusion: State what you learned from the material. Relate your findings to the material covered in class. Tell how the research is similar to, different from, contradictory to, or supplementary to the material covered in class and in the text. Note: In addition, you will gain or lose a maximum of 16 points for mechanics (spelling function, grammar, sentence structure, form, and appearance) Also, be sure to include a reference page for your sources.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
(1) The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
(2) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
(3) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
