For your Panel's assigned job posting, create an interview guide to use in the interview simulation. The questions should comprise of different kinds of questions (unstructured/ structured, open/closed and possible probing). Describe your rationale for your interview guide. Include your interview guide as an appendix with associated KSAs underneath each question. For structured interviews, ensure you use proper formatting. The interview guide included in your appendix is not part of your page count.
