Project Assignment: Professional Identity of the Nurse
Prepare a two to three page written assignment that includes the following:
o Introduction to the assignment (sections of the assignment: caring, professional identity, and professional organizations/associations)
o Explain your belief of caring in nursing (self, nursing, environment, and profession)
o Describe your professional identity including your beliefs, values, motives, and experiences
o Discuss one to two professional organizations/associations you plan to be involved in during your nursing career
o Conclusion (reflect on the criteria of the assignment; caring, professional identity, and professional organizations/associations)
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
o Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
