Assignment: Risk Management
1. Describe your group's risk profile and explain why it is appropriate
2. Identify at least ten risks in your project
3. Perform qualitative risk analysis
4. Plan the risk responses to threats
5. Create a template risk register for the project.
6. Explain how the risk register will be used throughout the life of the project
7. Create a risk management plan that is informed by the risks you have identified, the analysis you have conducted (including a probability / impact matrix) and details why the project will respond to risks as planned (responses should be relative to your described risk profile). Also provide a risk budget.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
