Using your selected company's 2020-21/ latest annual report (and possibly previous reports), their website and other relevant and useful sources as the basis of your information, answer the following questions.
1) Describe and evaluate their method(s) for recruitment and selection. How effective is the recruitment and selection method in your company?
2) Describe and evaluate your chosen company's approach to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). How effective are the EDI initiatives in your company?
3) Describe and evaluate their approach to reward. Is the approach to reward effective?
4) Define the term "employee engagement" and identify activities that your company has undertaken to engage their employees. How effective are your company's engagement initiatives?
For each of the above questions, make appropriate recommendations around how the company can improve in that area. Use a model or theory to underpin your answers for each question.
