HR and finance Assignment: Cost Benefit Analysis/ROI Project
1) Select an HR project or program, e.g. implementing an HRIS, developing a new training program, outsourcing an HR function, etc.
2) Based on your research, provide a detailed list of all costs and benefits.
3) Conduct a cost-benefit analysis using NPV and Benefit/Cost Ratio.
4) Write a three-page report describing your analysis and rationale for your decision. The three pages need to include your Excel spreadsheet.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
