1) Identify two potential positions in the sport communication field, one of which you would like to pursue as a career.
2) For each position:
a) Describe the functions of the job. What are the responsibilities of the role, such as prepare and anchor sports segment and sports stories for weekend evening shows?
b) Describe the skills required for the job. What skills and abilities are needed to execute job duties, such as software and computer proficiency, interpersonal skills, writing skills, fact checking, or transcription?
c) Describe why you would pursue one as a career. What about the job are you drawn to? What are the pros and cons of the job for you personally?
