Pick a brand you are familiar with. This can be a store you shop at often, a product you frequently buy, or a company you trust.
Imagine that you are a marketing research assistant for this company and that you are planning a social media research study.
1. Describe what type of qualitative and quantitative data you plan to collect, and from which social media sites you plan to collect the data.
2. Explain how you will perform an observational analysis and a content analysis on the brand you picked in Step 2.
