Assignment: Digital Privacy
Now that you have seen that digital technology has affected sociology, it is time to try your sociological skills and knowledge on the concept of privacy.
In 3 to 4 pages paper please do the following:
1) Explore how privacy has changed in response to digital technology and dataveillance;
2) Describe what the future of privacy looks like
3) Discuss whether or not there a need to rethink the concept of privacy in the digital age? Why or why not?
4) This paper will need to include both valid references and also some of your own thinking outside the box, just make sure to make a valid defense of what you develop from your own thoughts if there is no reference to back it up!
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
(1) The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
