After reading about the six different structural sources of conflict, identify which of these modes of conflict tend to be most difficult for you to manage and why?
Be specific - describe what tactics you employ to resolve the conflict and most importantly, how often do these tactics work?
Try to provide an example of when it did NOT work for you - provide insight as to what may have been at the root of the problem that prevented your intervention from being successful.
