Homework: Managing, Organizing and Leading
Length: 8 to 12 pages.
This is the second part of your group homework. You (as a group) will answer all the questions below for the company you chose for homework 1. In developing your answers make sure you use the concepts/frameworks to appropriately answer all the questions. The concepts that you'll need to apply to complete these sections can be found in chapters 11, 12, and 13 so re-read those chapters thoroughly before you start your work.
Do your research on your company and cite all the sources that you use in your answer in a proper format and create a bibliography at the end of the report.
Here are the questions:
Human Resource Management and Diversity
i. Describe the performance management practices your firm uses and how they impact your firm's performance?
ii. Describe what reward strategies your company uses and how the use these rewards strategies to influence employee performance and motivation?
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
