Our goal in this class was to create a learning organization amongst ourselves. Since we were a full online class this presents some challenges. Please reflect back on your experiences in this class and as specifically as possible describe what particular behaviors or activities were most helpful to your learning? What particular challenges did the online environment present to team learning?
