Write a research paper of 1,000 words on hostile work environments. Complete the paper by doing the following:
1. Research hostile work environments and how they affect employees.
2. Describe what makes up a hostile work environment.
3. Explain the various ways employees are affected by hostile work environments.
4. Provide at least three things that HR professionals can do to avoid having hostile work environments.
A minimum of two to three scholary sources are required for this assignment.
