For this analysis, first select an organization which you are familiar with. Describe what it will take to get the interest of stakeholders whether the business is failing or progressing.
Propose what will motivate stakeholders to get involved and stay in your organization. What will engage them to want to be a part of your organization.
How can you engage stakeholders to collect data? Display techniques as you see fit and justify how their opinions make a difference in the decision-making process. Provide recommendation to leaders on how they can keep stakeholders interest in the business.
Support your analysis paper with a minimum of three (3) resources, which may include your required text. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
Length: 6 pages not including title and reference pages
